Who makes LOQMETRA

LOQMETRA is an independent personal project by Borys Khudokormov, developed in the Netherlands in his own time. It is not a company product and not affiliated with any employer, software vendor or the makers of the systems whose exports it reads.

Provided as is — no warranty

LOQMETRA is provided “as is”, without any warranty, express or implied — including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, of uninterrupted operation and of the accuracy of results.

All figures, classifications, charts and reports are calculated automatically from the data you load, with the column meanings you confirm and the parameters you choose. They are only as correct as that input.

You check the results

Results are a basis for your own judgement, not a decision. Before you act on them — changing stock levels, orders, suppliers, staffing or budgets — check them against your own records. Interpretations and possible actions shown by the program are general suggestions, not proven optimal decisions for your business.

Every method shows its formula, assumptions and limitations in the program and in every report, so that each number can be checked.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any damage — including lost profits, lost data or the consequences of business decisions — arising from the use of the program, the website or the reports, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
